FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator is made in the form of in series connected upper and lower frames. Resilient damping element in the form of a cylindrical helical spring is coaxially placed in each frame, the coils of which are covered with polyurethane. Upper frame consists of rigid cylindrical shell in the form of an inverted cup, to which top a shell in the form of truncated cone is attached. Shell lower base in the form of truncated cone is made open for installation of two inclined elastic elements, which rest against the jigs, connected to the lower frame base. On the lower frame base, ring with vibration damping material is fixed. Resilient damping element lower end is fixed on the ring, and the upper end is resting against the cylindrical shell rigid bottom through the vibration damping gasket. Inclined resilient elements are made in the form of helical cylindrical springs.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation is achieved.
