FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Vibration isolator consists of series-connected and identical upper and lower frames. Resilient damping element in the form of a cylindrical helical spring is coaxially placed in each frame, the coils of which are covered with polyurethane. Vibration-insulated object is fixed on the upper frame through a vibration damping gasket. Lower resilient damping element is fixed on abase through the vibration damping gasket. Upper frame is made in the form of a horizontal plate, along the edges of which struts are fastened, arranged at an angle down from the horizontal plate. Struts of the upper frame are supported by obliquely arranged resilient elements fixed to the struts of the lower frame through vibration damping gaskets. Struts of the lower frame are rigidly connected to the horizontal bars. Bars are supported by vertical resilient elements fixed through the vibration damping gaskets on a base. Vertical elastic elements are made in the form of cylindrical helical springs. Obliquely disposed resilient elements comprise a body and an elastic member in the form of an elastomer sheath. Body is made in the form of supporting elements containing washers, bolts and nuts located coaxially with the elastic element oppositely in its upper and lower parts.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency.
