SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and repair of oil and gas wells, namely, foamed backfill materials used for fastening casing strings. Foam cement covering material includes portland cement, the setting accelerator – water-soluble calcium salts, hydroxyethyl cellulose, foaming surfactant, surfactants – oxyethylated fatty alcohols, additives and water, as an additive the material contains an adhesive additive-latex redispersible, and a fluid loss reducer-a polymer based on 2-acryl-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid, and as surfactants – oxyethylated fatty alcohols with a degree of oxyethylation of 6–12 and number of methylene groups of 10–20, at the following component ratio, masses: portland cement 100; accelerator setting 1.0–3.0; hydroxyethyl cellulose 0.1–0.2; the said surfactant 0.2–0.4; said adhesion additive 1.0–5.0; said fluid loss reducer 0.4–0.6; water 48–50. Invention is developed in dependent claims of the invention.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the rheological and filtration properties of a grouting mortar, as well as in increasing its spreadability and stability, while simultaneous strength increasing of the formed groove stone.
