FAST-SETTING AERATED PLUGGING MATERIAL FOR INSTALLATION OF BRIDGES IN OVERPRODUCTIVE INTERVALS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC C09K8/467 C04B38/10 

FIELD: gas and oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to backfill materials used for installation of tight bridges in overproductive intervals. Summary: material includes caustic magnesite, stability and stability regulator, bischofite, water and setting and hardening regulator – additive based on organophosphates. Additionally, it contains foaming non-ionic surfactant in the form of oxyethylated fatty alcohols with degree of oxyethylation 6–10 and number of methylene groups 12–18, fibrous filler and inert gas, in amount providing density of aerated plugging material 700–1,200 kg/m³. As stability and stability regulator, the material contains hydroxyethyl cellulose or a copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene, with the following ratio of components, wt parts: caustic magnesite – 100, fibrous filler – 0.01–0.3; stability and stability regulator – 0.18–0.52; setting and hardening regulator – 0.3–1.0; NAEI – 0.4–1.0; bischofite – 16–32; water – 80–100.

EFFECT: technical result consists in giving short periods of setting and hardening of aerated plugging material with provision of technological properties of pumping ability with simultaneous increase of compressive strength and providing required strength-adhesion properties of plugging stone in overproductive intervals conditions and possibility to control density of aerated plugging material depending on well conditions.
