SUBSTANCE: invention relates to small-scale shipbuilding, in particular to the technology of manufacturing an inflatable bottom for an inflatable boat. For the production of an inflatable bottom for an inflatable boat, gluing of the elements is used. On the large canvas of the deck from the non-face side, glue the band-adjuster along the perimeter of the product from the side of the nose and the bead away from the edge of 1 cm, from the stern without indentation, close to the edge with a joint overlap of 2 cm on the nose and stern, then glue a set of partitions. Partitions should correspond to the length and direction of the nose-feed, then attach the central joint tape to the inner surface of one half of the bottom with an overlap of 2 cm, then glue the prepared half of the bottom to the partitions and along the perimeter of the product, glue the second half of the bottom to the partitions and along the perimeter of the product, glue the two halves of the bottom onto the connecting tape in the direction from the stern to the bow. Leave it a bit not glued, sufficient for the installation of the valve, and then install the valve with hermetic sealing of the threaded joint, the excess sealant is removed, glue the central seam to the end; glue the reinforcement of the central seam with a connecting tape from the front side, check the strength and tightness of the product after 24 hours, pumped in such a way that the pressure in the cylinders was not less than 0.25 bar, and held for 24 hours.

EFFECT: reduction of technological operations by application of simple forms of assembly elements and possibility of parallel assembly of bottom elements is achieved.
