SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power supply to auxiliary equipment of transport facilities. Conversion system for electric power supply of own needs of electric contains n-number of static converters, power distribution line to which n-number inputs of frequency converters are connected. Communication unit with microprocessor system, static converters and n-number frequency converters are interconnected by code communication line. In this case, conversion system comprises n-number of power supply channels consisting of input filters, inputs of which are input of conversion system from contact system and static converters with galvanic separation unit connected to filters output. Channels are connected in parallel, output of which is the power distribution line, to which n-number of frequency converters is connected, to output of one of which the primary coil of transformer is connected. Transformer has two groups of secondary coils, each of which is connected to its thyristor rectifier, to output of each channels of exciting coils of drive motors are connected.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in expanding the range of input voltages.
