According to the invention, the piston with the gasket has a through hole in the center, the piston being connected to a nozzle, the cavity of which is connected to a through channel, and a spring-loaded non-return valve is located inside the fitting and the connection is connected to a source of compressed carbon dioxide, the device has a lock which is made in the form of a tube with an external thread running between the upper part of the body of the device and a piston configured to fix the entire device on the neck of the bottle.
