FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to commercial equipment, and may be used for dispensing of foam beverage into glasses and cups, at retail kiosks, in shops, restaurants or bars. A tap for filling foam and aerated beverages into an open container is proposed, comprising a case connected on one side with a beverage supply channel, and on the other side – with an outlet channel, at that control cone of filling speed is arranged inside said case and connected with mechanism of its vertical displacement consisting of eccentric pin secured at horizontal shaft end on opposite side of its rotary handle and installed in inner cavity of control cone. Novelty is that inside the control cone and/or along its outer surface there is one or several through channels for beverage supply connecting the side surface of the cone with its base.
EFFECT: disclosed is the tap for filling foam and carbonated beverages into open containers.
