FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of engineering, aircraft building and machine tool construction and can be used in the drives of machines and mechanisms for transferring torques in conditions, when the shafts of the shafts being connected are located with a significant angular displacement, and the circular frequencies of the driving and driven links of the mechanism must coincide. Hinge of equal angular velocities contains two coupling halves (1.1, 1.2) with a landing hole, connected together by elements of the linking engagement, and liners (4.1, 4.2). Coupling halves (1.1, 1.2) are spherical in shape with the same internal radius, and at least two holes (5) are coaxially aligned in the diametrical section, into which fingers (3) are mounted, diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the holes, and the length of pin (3) is larger than the wall thickness of coupling half (1.1, 1.2) with the mounting hole. Elements of bracing engagement are made in the form of two cams (2.1, 2.2) connected to each other with the possibility to be detached. Cams (2.1, 2.2) have a spherical surface whose diameter is equal to the inner diameter of half-couplings (1.1, 1.2), and on the spherical surface of cams (2.1, 2.2) in the plane parallel to the axis of the landing hole of half-coupling (1.1, 1.2), grooves (6) are made, the width of which is equal to the diameter of fingers (3) and the depth Δl=L-m, where L is the length of fingers (3), m is the wall thickness of half-couplings (1.1, 1.2). Inserts (4.1, 4.2) are attached to the end face of coupling half (1.1, 1.2) with the possibility of a detachable connection.
EFFECT: proposed cardan joint of equal angular speeds has a simple design, high efficiency, manufacturability in assembly and manufacturing, repairability, low cost and increased service life.
