FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely, to syringes. Single-hand syringe is designed for injections and other medical procedures associated with infusion or suction of fluid. Device is a disposable syringe of a polymeric material, consisting of a body, piston and rod, where the free end of the rod is bent at right angles and thus on one side is raised above the side surface of the housing. Length of the syringe body is twice more than the length of the rod, so the bent end of the rod is pulled out through the longitudinal working cutout in the wall of the body and ends with an engine designed for the longitudinal movement of the piston with the rod during the collection and discharge of the liquid.
EFFECT: syringe is held by the circular grip of the hand in one of the sections of the body located outside the working cutout, and allows the collection and release of fluid by the thumb of the same hand without the need to change the position of the syringe relative to the brush.
