FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the petroleum industry and can be used to conduct studies to assess the chemical reagent influence on the wells production properties. Proposed is a method for assessing of the chemical reagents negative effect on related technologies, including oil sampling, preparation of the artificial water-oil emulsion, preparation of the finished chemical reagent working solution, determination of the artificial water-oil emulsion density before and after the free water separation, determination of the samples dispersity before and after the free water separation, determination of the artificial water-oil emulsion stability, determination of the separated from the artificial water-oil emulsion water pH, determination of the mechanical impurities in water granulometric composition, analysis of the obtained data, the finished chemical reagent generalized assessment by the complex of properties. At that, during the finished chemical reagent selection for the wells operation and repair, in addition to direct assessment of the application effectiveness in the technological process, for the artificial water-oil emulsion preparation, as an aqueous phase water is used, with possibility of the well conditions simulation. Finished chemical reagent effect on the oil colloidal stability is assessed using optical methods of investigation with the study of optical properties of the control oil sample upper and lower layers and the oil sample with the finished chemical reagent, and settling the samples for 24 hours. Then, the upper and lower layers optical properties are re-examined to determine the colloidal stability degree. Wherein, on the basis of microscopic studies, an increase in the emulsion with the finished chemical reagent dispersion was established, which allows to determine the stable water-oil emulsions formation ability.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of chemical reagent selection for the wells operation and repair technological processes, which does not have a negative side effect on the oil colloidal stability and on the water-oil emulsions formation.
