SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a supply unit for a liquid food product, to a beverage dispenser, and to a method for cleaning at least one unit for feeding a liquid food product to beverage dispenser (10). Beverage dispenser comprises supply conduit (2) for supplying a liquid food product from food product container (3) to supply unit (1), cleaning tank (8) and pump (7) for supplying a detergent from cleaning container (8), the supply unit comprising mixing tank (6) for cleaning agent, which is optionally disposed in the cleaning mode on or in feed unit (1), and in the food delivery mode is extracted from feed unit (1). In the cleaning mode, the cleaning agent is pumped by pump (7) from reservoir (8) to mixing tank (6) and the cleaning agent and / or cleaning mixture is removed via supply line (2) from mixing tank (6).
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplifying the maintenance of the supply unit for the user, in particular changing between the cleaning mode and the food delivery mode.
