FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for dispensing a liquid food product, in particular milk, comprising a heating device for heating a liquid food product and having a fluid medium pipeline for the liquid food product and an electric heater. Fluid medium pipeline and the heater are thermally in contact with a heat accumulator made from a material of high thermal mass and conductivity, and the heater brings the heat accumulator to an operating temperature below 80 °C, preferably below 70 °C. Fluid medium pipeline can be connected by at least a distribution valve to the flushing pipeline, through which water or detergent solution is supplied for cleaning through the fluid medium pipeline. In addition, the device comprises a control device designed to heat the heat accumulator of the heating device for thermal regeneration to a high temperature above 100 °C and single or multiple opening of distributing valve for passing water or detergent solution through pipeline of fluid medium heated to high temperature of heating device.
EFFECT: object of the present invention is to propose a device for dispensing liquid food products, as well as a method for its operation, which provide improved removal of deposits in the zone of the heating device.
