FIELD: excavation and moving of soil.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining machines used in the development of mineral deposits in an open manner, namely to quarry excavators, and can be used in lifting and traction mechanisms. Bucket lift drive of a career excavator contains electric motors and a hoist winch that includes a reducer divided into a low-speed part in the form of a slow-speed reducer and a high-speed part in the form of two planetary gearboxes. Each gearbox is equipped with housing, and on the body of the slow-speed reducer, ring grinds are fixed, fixing the casing of planetary gears, drums and oil baths with temperature and pressure sensors are installed on the output shafts of the slow-speed reducer. Leading shafts of the slow-speed reducer are hollow, they contain the input shafts of planetary gears, at the ends of which are elastic couplings, and the carrier of planetary gearboxes are mounted on the driving shafts of the slow-speed reducer.
EFFECT: provides an improvement in the design of the drive.
