BICYCLE TRANSMISSION Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B62M9/124 B62M9/00

Abstract RU 2654444 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transmissions, in particular to bicycle transmissions. Bicycle transmission contains a driving sprocket mounted on the first rotation axis. First rotation axis is rigidly connected to the bicycle pedals. Drive sprocket is made with an outer rim. Main driven sprocket is rotatably mounted by an endless flexible gear body. Driven sprockets are coaxially mounted on the rotation axis of the rear wheel. Main driven sprocket is made in the form of a ring provided with external and internal gears along the outer perimeter. Between the outer and inner rims of the main working sprocket perpendicular to the plane of the ring is an annular ledge located in the bushing. Outer lateral surface of the bushing is provided with first sliding bars arranged opposite to each other and intended to move along the first guides. Second sliding bars are rigidly connected with the first guides. Second guides are rigidly fixed relatively to the axis of the working driven sprockets.

EFFECT: higher transmission reliability is achieved.
