FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of identification of material resources and can be used for marking the electrically conductive parts, namely, to the rolled products, vehicle parts, engineering products, aircraft construction, nuclear industry and defense products. Method for manufacturing the identification mark includes application to the surface of the metal plate of the information grid and of the alphanumeric code in order to obtain the identification mark, where at first heating of the surface of the horizontally disposed metal plate is carried out up to the temperature of 50–90 degrees below the melting point of the metal of the mentioned plate, then, the heated surface is blown with the high-velocity gas stream with solid particles, with the ensuring of their introduction into the surface layer of the heated surface of the plate. After the mentioned application onto the metal plate surface of the information grid and of the alphanumeric code, the scanning of the mentioned surface of the obtained mark is carried out and entering into the database of the alphanumeric code and the set of identification marks, which are embedded into the surface layer of solid particles, is carried out. Heating of the mentioned surface of the metal plate is carried out by means of the high-frequency electromagnetic field.
EFFECT: deep penetration of solid particles into the identification mark is provided with the formation of a number of non-reproducible identification codes.
