FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: method for reducing hydraulic losses in the exhaust path of a gas turbine plant and an oscillatory diffuser of a power turbine for its implementation, the field of application of which are gas pumping units and power stations with gas turbine engines, which are planned to undergo comprehensive repair to increase the life of the gas compressor unit. Claimed method and device for its implementation consists in carrying out a set of measures that allow increasing the vertical component of the flow velocity at the locations of the vortex tube localization, located near the front wall of the radial part of the axial radial diffuser, which are localized on the upper part of the cutoff of the axial part of the diffuser. Implementation of these measures allows eliminating the paired vortex arising at the cut in the upper axial part of the axial-radial diffuser and individual vortices located in right angles at the flat rear wall of the radial part of the axial radial diffuser, resulting in a reduction in the hydraulic resistance of the exhaust path and a decrease in fuel consumption.
EFFECT: use of the claimed method and the oscillator diffuser of the power turbine makes it possible to increase the energy efficiency of the equipment by reducing the consumed consumption of fuel gas, that is due to the decrease in the hydraulic resistance of the exhaust tract during operation of the gas turbine engine.
