FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed modular mobile plant has modules of gas-turbine engine or its gas generator with gas duct, heat exchange with front and rear walls, heat-and-noise insulation with internal space, front, rear and separating walls, load bearing framework of housing, intake and exhaust with intake and exhaust noise silencers, monitoring and control, intake air and exhaust gas cleaning installed on load-bearing framework of housing. Gas duct of gas-turbine engine module is directly coupled with heat exchange module. Plant is provided with fan coupled with intake and exhaust modules. Fan is installed for delivering air behind the separating wall of heat-and-noise insulation module and before front wall of heat exchange module into internal space of heat- and-noise insulation module. Fan is connected with exhaust module bypassing heat exchanger module. Front and separating walls of heat-and-noise insulation module are made movable. Module of gas-turbine engine or its gas generator is made for mounting and demounting through both walls. Heat exchange module is made in form of shell-type waste heat recovery boiler with rear gas baffle wall. Shell-type waste heat recovery boiler has shell with heat exchange circuit and at least one flame tube or fire tube furnished with at least two water tubes arranged in different planes square to each other and hydraulically coupled with heat exchanger circuit and mechanically coupled with shell to compensate for radial forces caused by pressure of waste gases. Shell-type waste heat recovery boiler is furnished additionally with inclined gas baffle wall and guide gas blades. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities of plant. 9 cl, 1 dwg
