FIELD: refrigerating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: refrigerating and/or freezing device having at least one cooling interior space, at least one wall, in separate regions surrounding the cooled interior space and partially or completely formed by at least one vacuum insulating element having at least one vacuum-tight casing, an inlet that extends through an area surrounded by the casing and which encloses a free space and/or at least one branch pipe extends from the casing. Inlet or branch pipe is also vacuum-tight and is connected to the casing. Inlet and/or branch pipe consists, in whole or in part, of a high-barrier film. Vacuum-tight connection between the inlet and/or the branch pipe and casing is created by thermal welding and/or by adhesive bonding. Method of producing a vacuum-tight bond between an inlet and/or a branch pipe and a casing of a vacuum insulating element of a refrigerating and/or freezing device using an assembly of shaped parts. Assembly of shaped parts includes at least one clamp which acts with a pressure force on the casing and on the inlet and/or the branch pipe so that the casing material and the material of the inlet or branch pipe are thermally welded under the action of the pressure force.
EFFECT: use of this group of inventions enables simple and reliable wiring and the creation of a vacuum in a vacuum insulating element.
