FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumps with an electromagnetic drive that pumps liquid in the form of separate volume-dispensed liquid portions. Pump comprises a support member with a guide sleeve in which a piston is arranged to supply liquid by reciprocating motion in the guide sleeve. Inlet and discharge chambers of the pump are formed by the inner surface of the guide sleeve. Additionally contains a stopper in the guide sleeve with a radial groove, fixing the position of the piston at the extreme point of the forward stroke. On the inner surface of the guide sleeve, a fluid inlet groove is formed which is connected to the longitudinal channel formed in the wall of the guide sleeve, connecting the inlet groove to the inlet chamber. Fluid outlet groove is spaced from the insertion groove by a distance determined from the condition that the volume of the cavity in the guide sleeve between the insert groove and the output groove is equal to the volume of the dispensed portion of the pumped liquid. Fluid outlet groove is connected to a channel formed in the wall of the guide sleeve, connecting the output groove with the radial groove in the stop, which in turn is connected to the outlet. Helical groove is formed on the outer surface of the guide sleeve which, in the region of contact of the outer surface of the guide sleeve and the inner cylindrical surface of the carrier element, forms a spiral channel, which through the hole in the guide sleeve connects the discharge chamber to the inlet chamber.

EFFECT: noise level resulting from piston impacts at the moment of fixation in the extreme working positions is reduced.
