SUBSTANCE: device has pipe union joined with furnace chamber, capillary-tube evaporation structure of furnace chamber, air and fuel admission pipes, glow plug, evaporation-type porous conveying component disposed inside pipe union between its inner wall and glow plug in a spaced relation; newly introduced in device is heat shield placed between evaporation-type porous conveying component and glow plug, air admission pipe being disposed in gas-tight coaxial bore of evaporation-type porous conveying component and glow plug.
