FIELD: desintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the crushing devices and their control methods. Crusher contains a crusher actuated by an eccentric member configured to crush the material fed into the crusher and at least one eccentric bushing. Eccentric bushing is connected to the eccentric element by means of a frictional closure and has a working medium chamber. Working medium chamber is made in the eccentric bushing with the possibility of changing the frictional closure between the eccentric element and the eccentric bushing when the pressure appearance in the working medium chamber. Crusher crushing member movement path controlling method is in that relieving the pressure in the working medium chamber, rotating the eccentric element relative to the eccentric bushing and creating pressure in the working medium chamber.
EFFECT: execution of the crusher with the eccentric bushing connected to the working medium chamber enables additional protection against overload.
