FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preliminary processing of ore materials by their crushing. Input granulometric control of size of pieces of rock is provided. Additional point cyclic-impact action on large pieces of rock is carried out with sliding working hammers of additional crushing blocks perpendicular to direction of action of force of compression of jaws of crusher. Automatic complete unloading of crushing chamber from unmixed large pieces of rock is provided.
EFFECT: as a result, the grinding complex processing capabilities are expanded, its efficiency and operating reliability are increased with simultaneous reduction of crushing energy consumption.
