FIELD: mining engineering.
SUBSTANCE: crusher contains moving and immobile cheeks. A fixed cheek forms a spider rim with a movable cheek. Movable cheek is connected to the eccentric block so that the cheek of crusher performs a periodic rotary reciprocating move. The eccentric block comprises a drive shaft and at least one counterbalancing mass rotating around the drive shaft. At least one additional counterbalancing mass is provided which performs rotary move opposite to rotary move of counterbalancing mass. In grinding, additional counterbalancing mass occupies an angular position, which is placed horizontally opposite the angular position of counterbalancing mass relative to the drive shaft, whereby an effective counterbalancing mass is created, by which volume forces of crusher cheek periodic rotary move around the rotation center are balanced.
EFFECT: reducing vibration of crusher during its operation.
