Device which implements disclosed method of clocks synchronizing, contains the frequency and time standard 1, first 2.1 and the second 2.2 heterodyne oscillators, pseudo noise signal generator 3, switch 4, first 5, second 13 and third 19 mixers, first intermediate frequency amplifier 6, first 7 and second 12 power amplifiers, detector 8, transceiving antenna, 9, first 10 and second 15 clippers, first 11 and second 16 buffer memory devices, first 14 and second 20 second intermediate frequency amplifiers, delays and derivatives thereof meter 17, phase shifter by +90°, phase shifter by -90°, adder 22, multiplier 23, first 24 and second 29 narrowband filters, amplitude detector 25, key 26, phase doubler 27, phase divider into two 28, phase detector 30 and inverse amplifier 31.
