Device implementing the proposed clock synchronization method contains frequency and time standard 1, first 2.1 and second 2.2 heterodyne, pseudorandom signal generator 3, switch 4, first 5 and second mixer 13, first intermediate frequency amplifier 6, first 7 and second power amplifier 12, duplexer 8, transceiver antenna 9, first 10, second 15, third 32, fourth 33 and fifth 34 clippers, first 11, second 16, third 35, fourth 36 and fifth 37 buffer memories, second intermediate frequency amplifier 14, first 17, second 38, third 39 and fourth 40 delay meters and their derivatives, first total frequency amplifier 18, second total frequency amplifier 19, first 20, second 21, third 28 and fourth 29 amplitude detectors, first 22, second 23, third 30 and fourth keys 31, first 24, second 25, third 41 and fourth 43 multipliers, OR gate 42, first 26, second 27, third 44 and fourth narrowband filters 46, two phase divider 45, phase detector 47 and inverse amplifier 48.
EFFECT: increase the reliability of duplex radio communication between ground stations by performing and automatically maintaining equality ωpr2=ωr2-ωr1.
