SUBSTANCE: device comprises a geostationary ESV-retransmitter and four ground stations, every of which comprises a standard of frequency and time, two heterodynes, a generator of a pseudonoise signal, a switch, three mixers, an amplifier of the fist intermediate frequency, two power amplifiers, a duplexer, a transceiving antenna, five clippers, five buffer memorising devices, the first 17, four metres of delays and their derivatives, the first 18, three phase changers at +90° and -90°, two amplifiers of the second intermediate frequency, two multipliers, four narrowband filters, four amplitude detectors, two summators, four keys.
EFFECT: expanded range of working frequencies without expansion of the frequency tuning range of the second heterodyne and simultaneous duplex radio communication with several ground stations by using additional receiving channels.
