FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely, to a venous tourniquet. Venous tourniquet with a pull band applied around the body part, which itself is elastic in the circumferential direction or is provided with at least one elastic portion, and with a fastening device, by means of which the tie band in its tensioned state around the body part can be fixed into the tension loop. Fastening device is made in the form of a velcro fastener with two fastening parts that are fixedly cooperating with each other. First part of the fastener is formed by the material of the tugging tape itself, and the second part of the fastener is formed by a portion of the material fixed to the web material, or the first and second fastener parts are integrated into the web material. First part of the fastener is provided with loops, and the second part of the fastener is provided with hook elements which are designed to engage with the loops. Tightening tape is made of a fluffy, tensile strength material with high tensile strength. Fluffy, tensile-breaking, high tensile strength material is made of spunbonded nonwoven. There is a tension indicator for determining the tension state of the tie tape, which is configured such that the user can recognize in a predetermined manner a predetermined tension state < 25 mm Hg for arrest of bleeding. Tension indicator is made in the form of a strip portion of a flexible inelastic material that overlaps the elastic portion on the tugging belt in the direction of tension between the two fixation points with a certain excess length with respect to the unloaded tie tape.

EFFECT: invention has a simple design with a reliable functional purpose and makes it easier to use.
