SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the healthcare, namely to medical technology, in particular to devices for temporarily stopping bleeding from a damaged limb, to hemostatic tourniquets, which are applied with one hand. A hemostatic tourniquet contains a base, a tourniquet, a buckle, a collar. The base on one edge has a jumper with a latch on the outer surface, one end of the harness, threaded through the cavity formed by the base and the jumper, is fixed to form a loop at the other end of the base. The collar is mounted on a harness in the gap between the loop and the jumper. The buckle is installed in a loop formed from fixing the harness at the other end of the base.
EFFECT: present invention enables to install the harness with one hand, to make further adjustments to the tightening of the harness.
