FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of non-cryogenic separation of gas mixtures. Hollow fiber composite gas separation membrane comprises the polymeric support and at least two layers, the support being made of polyarylsulfone or polyarylsulfone, polyvinylamine and/or polyvinylpyrrolidone, the first layer is made of polyvinyltrimethylsilane and/or polydimethylsiloxane, and the second layer is made of polyvinylamine and/or polyvinylpyrrolidone. Invention also refers to the method for producing the hollow fiber composite gas separation membrane comprising the manufacturing of the spin dope, the preparation of the internal precipitant solution, the formation of the hollow fiber membrane support, the drying of the hollow fiber membrane support, the preparation of the coating solution, the application of the coating solution onto the support, the spinning solution is being made of polyarylsulfone or polyarylsulfone and polyvinylamine or polyarylsulfone and polyvinylpyrrolidone or polyarylsulfone, polyvinylamine and polyvinylpyrrolidone, molding of the support of the hollow fiber membrane is carried out into the precipitation bath through the air gap, the support of the hollow fiber membrane is covered with coating solutions, one coating solution is made of polyvinyltrimethylsilane and/or polydimethylsiloxane, another coating solution is made of polyvinylamine and/or polyvinylpyrrolidone.
EFFECT: increased selectivity and permeability of the hollow fiber composite gas separation membrane.
