SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology and endovascular surgery. Conduct a puncture of the right or left radial artery. Catheterization of the mouth of the common hepatic artery is then carried out with a Jadkins right 6F conductor catheter, 100 cm long. After this, a balloon catheter over the wire with a length of 130–135 cm, a diameter and a balloon length of 4.0×20 mm. Then, through the shaft of the balloon catheter, an angiographic conductor is conducted to the distal sections of the hepatic artery. After that, a balloon catheter is carried out to the neoplasm, inflating it at a pressure of 4 atm. Conductor is then removed from the catheter, the infusion of drug-saturated microspheres is performed through the main balloon catheter shaft. In a particular case, an angiographic hydrophilic conductor with a “J” tip of 0.018 or 0.035 inches in diameter is used.

EFFECT: method allows early activation of the patient, avoid complications such as retroperitoneal hematoma, false aneurysm, arterio-venous fistula, and prevent refluxembolizing particles in non-target vessels, as well as spasm of the target vessel.
