FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to transplantation surgery. Occluded artery is catheterised. Angiography is performed to determine localization and length of occlusion. From the right transradial approach, a catheterisation of a celiac shaft is performed by a diagnostic angiographic catheter with a right bending form "Amplatz Right 2". Performing selective catheterisation of the common hepatic artery. At that, in its distal parts through thrombus and arterial anastomosis stenosis area, coronary conductor with hydrophilic coating with diameter of 0.014 inches is installed, through which a microcatheter is made with a conically reinforced end and a hydrophilic polymer coating of its distal portion. Using a microcatheter, 15 mg of the preparation Actilyse is introduced into the thrombosis zone at rate of 1 mg/min with the help of an infusion pump; 20-minute exposure is performed. Thereafter, a stenosed anastomosis region of a common hepatic artery with a donor liver artery is implanted with an Everolimus-coated coronary stent of a length greater than a stenosis length, and performing angiographic control in the stenting area.
EFFECT: method enables recovering and preserving hepatic arterial blood flow, which provides the subsequent complete functioning of the transplanted liver, relieves the patient of repeated open surgery.
