METHOD FOR MULTIPLE HYDRAULIC FRACTURING OF FORMATION IN HORIZONTAL SHAFT OF WELL Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC E21B43/26 E21B43/114 E21B19/22

Abstract RU 2655309 C1

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil industry and may be used for multiple hydraulic fracturing of the formation in horizontal shaft of a well. Method for multiple hydraulic fracturing of formation - fracturing in a horizontal shaft comprises drilling a horizontal shaft, determining oil saturated intervals of a formation exposed by a horizontal shaft, lowering and fastening a shank in the horizontal shaft, lowering a coil tubing – CT, equipped with a hydro-sandblast perforator – HP from below with hydro-jet nozzles passing from the bottom to the mouth, placing the HP in front of the oil-saturated interval of the formation closest to the bottom of the well and hydro-sandblast perforation, restoring the flow section of the horizontal shaft. After the hydro-sandblast perforation, in the first oil-saturated interval of the formation, a hydraulic fracturing is performed through the holes of the hydraulic nozzles of the HP through the CT, after that, a CT with HP is removed from the shank of the horizontal shaft, then the assembly is performed from the bottom upwards: a drilled packer, a landing tool, first rigid centralizer, HP with a pair of jet nozzles, equipped with a stepped sleeve, second rigid centralizer, the CT is lowered with said assembly into the shank of the horizontal shaft, so that the drilled packer is closer to the mouth behind the first fracturing interval, hydraulic pressure is generated in the CT and the drilled packer is placed in the shank of the horizontal shaft, CT is moved with the remaining assembly closer to the bottom so that the HP is opposite the second oil-saturated interval of the formation, the ball is dropped into the CT from the mouth, and the ball seats on the saddle of the stepped sleeve, then a hydraulic pressure, which slides down the stepped sleeve, is created in the CT, opening the holes of the HP hydro-jet nozzles, a hydro-sandblast perforation is then performed, and then fracturing is performed, after the completion of the hydraulic fracturing in the second oil-saturated interval of the formation, the CT is removed with the assembly from the shank of the horizontal shaft, after which the above-described processing steps are repeated depending on the number of oil-saturated intervals, starting from the assembling at the mouth and ending with the removal of the assembly from the shank of the horizontal shaft, after performing hydro-sandblast perforation followed by fracturing in the last oil-saturated interval, the CT is removed from the shank of the horizontal shaft, then the horizontal section of the horizontal shaft is restored, for this purpose, at the mouth at the lower end of the CT, the assembly is performed from the bottom upwards: a bit, oscillator, screw downhole motor, the CT is lowered with the assembly into the shank of the horizontal shaft and the drilled packers are removed by milling.

EFFECT: technical result is increased reliability of hydraulic fracturing; increased efficiency of hydraulic fracturing; reduced labor intensity of the process; reduced time of restoring the flow section of the horizontal shaft; reduced metal consumption of equipment used in the method.
