FIELD: construction; mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and mining industry, in particular to pneumatic devices of impact action. Pneumatic impact mechanism comprises a cylindrical body with discharge channels, an annular flange with a through center hole, a working tool with a shank, a stepped striker with a rod part, a rod mounted in the central hole of the annular flange, with a piston part with a screw channel-groove constantly located in the through axial hole of the stepped striker, an annular chamber of a pneumatic buffer, a sleeve of a cylindrical body with an opening for passing the rod part forming an annular neck on the side of the annular chamber of the pneumatic buffer, limiting the movement of the stepped striker, a cup with a channel for air supply fixed to the cylindrical body, an annular distribution chamber in the sleeve of the cylindrical body, a chamber of network air on the side of the annular flange with the bypass channels communicating it constantly with the distribution chamber, an idle stroke chamber is arranged on working tool shank retained by spring relative to cylindrical case. Outer lateral surface of the rod part of the stepped striker and inner lateral surface of the sleeve of the cylindrical body are formed with mutually corresponding conical surfaces with the minimum possible clearance excluding mutual jamming, and between the cylindrical body and the sleeve there are distributing channels made.
EFFECT: increase in the energy of a single impact and the frequency of impacts, reduction in the air flow.
