FIELD: protective devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities, such as easy detachable panels and roof, blast guards and shields, excessive pressure valves. Industrial buildings explosion protection device, in the production building side and upper enclosures containing the explosion protection elements, wherein for the upper enclosures is in form of explosion-proof boards on the building with explosive objects located therein roof or attic floor, in the form of the explosion-proof plate containing the metal armored frame with metal armored plating and lead filler, which has four fixed support branch pipes at the ends, and in coating of building there are embedded rigidly four bearing rods, which are telescopically inserted into fixed pipe-supports of panel, at that, the filler is made in form of air-lead disperse system, wherein lead is made in form of chips, and the support rods are made resilient, and the explosion-proof elements in the side walls are made in the form of building enclosure safety collapsing structures containing reinforced concrete panels, each of which consists of collapsible and non-collapsible parts, wherein latter is composed of bearing ribs arranged along outline of collapsible part, and the collapsible part is made in form of, at least, two coaxially arranged recesses in building wall, one of which, the outer one, is formed by the planes of regular quadrilateral truncated pyramid with rectangular base, and the other, the internal one, represents two connected by the edge inclined surfaces, with formation of groove, at that, the wall thickness from edge to the building enclosure outer surface shall not be less than δ=20 mm, wherein at impact, explosive load said wall section can be divided into separate parts. To the abutment sheets at the support rods ends, which are telescopically inserted into the explosion-proof plate stationary supporting branch pipes on the side facing the metal armored frame, elastic-damping, collapsible, disposable elements are attached, by means of damping base with screws, and to the base, coaxially with the rod, the single-action bushing made of brittle, collapsible material, for example porcelain, is fastened by means of flange, and the elastic-damping element flexible part is made in the form of at least three leaf springs and arranged between the stopping sheets and the bushing-type clamping element with grooves for the springs one end fixing, at that, each spring second end is secured onto stopping sheets by hinges, and the springs are located with a slope of the order of 15 °÷45 ° in the direction of the single action elastically damping, disintegrating element.

EFFECT: increased reliability of operation of personnel in highly explosive premises.
