FIELD: protective devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities, such as easy detachable panels and roof, blast guards and shields, excessive pressure valves. Anti-explosion panel for the protection of industrial buildings and structures against an emergency situation contains explosion-proof elements that are made in the form of an explosion-proof plate containing a metal armored frame with metal armored plating and a filling-lead that has four fixed pipes-supports at the ends, and in the cover of the building four support rods are firmly fixed, which are telescopically inserted into the fixed pipes-supports of the panel. Filling is made in the form of air-lead dispersed system, wherein lead is in the form of crumbs, and the support rods are made elastic, and to the support rods ends dampening the shock wave impact additional elements are attached from the metal frame facing side. Herewith the additional elements are made in the form of a pack of dish elastic elements, each of which comprises a circular base which is movably disposed on an abutment by means of at least two pins. One end of the pin is rigidly fixed to the abutment, and the other enters with a clearance in a hole made in the base, and fixes it by means of a nut, cylindrical glass with a cavity and a hole through which with a clearance passes a rod, one end of which is rigidly fixed on the abutment, and the other in the coating of the object, is rigidly and coaxially fixed to the bottom of the base. Rod enters movably inside a sleeve, one end of which is rigidly fixed to the abutment, and the other is movable, with a clearance enters the cavity of the cylindrical glass. Pack of dish elastic elements is located, with a slight preload, between the abutment and the circular base. Panel further comprises an elastically damping, disintegrating, disposable element that is attached to at least one support rod to the stop sheets, by means of a damping base with screws, and a single-action bushing made of brittle, disintegrating material, for example porcelain, is attached to the base, coaxially to the rode, by means of screws flange. Elastic part of the disintegrating element is made in the form of at least three sheet springs placed between the stop sheets and the hub-type clamping member with grooves for fixing one end of the springs, at that, each spring second end is secured onto stop sheets by hinges, and the springs are located with a slope of the order of 15 °÷45 ° in the direction of the single action elastically damping, disintegrating element.

EFFECT: increased reliability of operation of personnel in highly explosive premises.
