SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the used in explosive and radioactive facilities safety devices, such as easy detachable panels and roofs, blast guards and shields, pressure relief valves. Explosion proof panel for the industrial buildings and structures protection against emergency situation contains explosion-proof elements, which are made in the form of the explosion-proof plate containing the metal armored frame with metal armored plating and lead filler, which has four fixed support branch pipes at the ends, and in coating of building there are embedded rigidly four bearing rods, which are telescopically inserted into fixed pipe-supports of panel, at that, the filler is made in form of air-lead disperse system, wherein lead is made in form of chips, and the support rods are made resilient, and to the support rods ends dampening the shock wave impact additional elements are attached from the metal frame facing side. Additional elements are made in the form of the disc-shaped elastic members package, each of which comprises circular base, which is movably disposed on the retainer by means of at least two pins, at that, the pin one end is rigidly fixed on the retainer, and the other one is with the gap entering the made in the base hole, and fixes it by means of nut, to the base lower part a cylindrical cup with cavity and hole is rigidly and coaxially attached, through which the rod is passing with the gap, one end of which is rigidly fixed on the retainer, and the other one is in the of the object coating, rod movably enters inside the bushing, one end of which is rigidly fixed on the retainer, and the other one is movable, and with the gap enters into the cylindrical cup cavity, at that, the disc-shaped elastic members package is arranged with the small preload between the retainer and the circular base, wherein in the cup cavity an additional resilient damping element is disposed, for example, made in the form of mesh element, in the form of bushing embracing the support rod, which rigidity is less than the disc-shaped elastic members package rigidity.
EFFECT: increased reliability of operation of personnel in highly explosive premises.
