NEW ADDITIVE TO THE DIET AND METHOD OF FEEDING PIGS FOR FATTENING Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A23K50/30 

FIELD: animal breeding.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feeding of pigs during the fattening period and is intended for the preparation of full-feed mixed fodders in the feed mill or directly on farms. New addition to the ration of pigs on fattening contains in its composition leuzea extract liquid, vegetable oil, limestone flour, defluorinated phosphate, salt, mineral-vitamin complex, synthetic amino acids: lysine, threonine, methionine, soybean meal. All components are taken in a defined ratio. Method of feeding pigs on fattening consists in additional feeding with the main ration containing grain, this additive in an amount of 4.5–5.5 % of the main diet. Feeding of additive to pigs is carried out at the age of 130 to 212 days.

EFFECT: implementation of the claimed group of inventions ensures increase in growth and development of fattened pigs, quantity and quality of the meat production received while reducing the costs of feed and nutrients per unit of production.
