SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and refers to the method for the production of technetium-99m complex with modified specific mini-antibodies DARPin for the diagnosis of oncological diseases with overexpression of HER2/neu involving the binding of technetium-99m to mini-antibodies DARPin, where at the first stage, the modification of the mini-antibodies DARPin succinimid-1-yl 6-(bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino) with hexanoate is carried out, purification of the modified mini-antibodies is carried out by means of gel filtration. During the second step of the method, technetium-99m is coupled to the modified mini-antibodies DARPin, for which the technetium-99m solution and the freshly prepared sodium citrate solution, the freshly prepared tin (II) chloride dihydrate solution are successively added to the modified mini-antibodies DARpin, and incubated at the room temperature.

EFFECT: invention ensures obtainment of the desired product with the high radiochemical purity and output.
