where Tc represents 99mTc. A method of obtaining the specified complex is also proposed, the said method includes the following: a solution is added to a lyophilized mixture of tin (II) chloride dihydrate, sodium salt of gluconic acid and sodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid in a mass ratio of (0.5–1.25):67:1.3 sodium pertechnetate, 99mTc with an activity of 300–1,000 MBq and stirred, then mixed with 500–4,000 μg of protein solution G3-(G 3 S) 3 C, incubated at 40–60°C for 20–40 minutes, sterile 0.9% sodium chloride solution is added and the mixture is filtered through a sterilizing filter.

EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of means for diagnosing malignant tumors with overexpression of HER2/neu.
