MICROMECHANICAL GYROSCOPE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01C19/56

Abstract RU 2656119 C2

FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gyroscopes of a vibratory type, in particular to micromechanical gyroscopes, which are intended to measure the angular velocity of the base movement. Micromechanical gyroscope contains a movable mass on a biaxial resonant suspension, a fixed base, movable and immovable electrodes forming a comb motor along the vibration excitation axis, movable and fixed electrodes located along the axis of measurement of the output signal and forming a capacitive sensor to the output of which the output information extraction system is connected, excitation and stabilization system of primary oscillations. Excitation and stabilization system of primary oscillations of the micromechanical gyroscope comprises movable electrodes of two comb-motor capacitors connected at a common point to which a current-voltage converter, a synchronous detector, a low-pass filter, an analog-to-digital converter and a microcontroller, that is connected to the first, second and third digital-to-analog converters, are connected in series. Output of the first digital-to-analog converter is connected to the second input of the synchronous detector. Output of the second digital-to-analog converter through the first amplifier is connected to the fixed electrodes of the first comb-motor capacitor. Output of the third digital-to-analog converter through the second amplifier is connected to the fixed electrodes of the second comb-motor capacitor.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the increase in the stability of the scale factor of the micromechanical gyroscope, the increase in quick action and the increase in the reliability of its operation.
