FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration-type micromechanical gyro (MMG) comprises support arranged on the base whereto conducting moving weight is suspended via resonance suspension. Two pairs of fixed electrodes are applied onto MMG cover attached to the base. Stator teeth and moving weight teeth form comb motor. MMG comprises also the device to excite primary vibrations of aforesaid moving weight, the device output being connected to stators, capacitance-voltage transducer and differentiating element connected in series. Inputs of aforesaid transducer are connected to the first pair of fixed electrode. Output of aforesaid differentiating element is connected with the second pair of electrodes whereto connected are bipolar constant voltage sources. Note that, additionally, controlled factor amplifier is connected in between differentiating element and one of the second pair electrodes.
EFFECT: higher sensitivity and accuracy.
