FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition comprising at least one polyalkyl(meth)acrylate polymer. Composition for improving cold flow and coking tendency in injector nozzle orifices of middle distillates, biodiesel and mixtures thereof contains: (A) at least one polyalkyl(meth)acrylate polymer composition comprising: (A1) at least one polymer, comprising one or more ethylenically unsaturated compounds of general formula (I)

wherein R is H or CH3 and R1 is a linear or branched, saturated alkyl group, containing 1–22 carbon atoms, wherein the average carbon number of said alkyl group R1 for the molecule as a whole is 11–16, and in compounds of general formula (I), constituting at least 60 wt % of the total amount of the compounds of general formula (I) used, residue R1 is an alkyl group containing 12–18 carbon atoms and (A2) at least one diluent; (B) at least one graft copolymer composition comprising: (B1) an ethylene-based copolymer as the graft base, wherein said graft base contains 60–85 wt % of ethylene and 15–40 wt % of a compound selected from vinyl esters, acrylates, methacrylates and alpha-olefins; (B2) polyalkyl(meth)acrylate polymer comprising one or more ethylenically unsaturated compounds of general formula (I)

where R is H or CH3, R1 is a linear or branched, saturated alkyl group, containing 1–22 carbon atoms, wherein the average carbon number of said alkyl group R1 for the molecule as a whole is 11–16, and in compounds of general formula (I), constituting at least 60 wt % of the total amount of the compounds of general formula (I) used, residue R1 is an alkyl group containing from 12 to 18 carbon atoms, where the polyalkyl(meth)acrylate polymer is grafted onto the graft base as specified for (B1); (B3) at least one diluent; and (C) at least one ethylene-based copolymer composition comprising (C1) 80–88 mol of ethylene; (C2) 12–20 mol of one or more compounds selected from vinyl esters, acrylates and methacrylates, and (C3) at least one diluent, wherein the ethylene-based copolymer in the composition (C) has a number average molecular weight Mn 2,000–10,000 g/mol. Applications of the composition (versions), a liquid fuel composition and a concentrate are also claimed.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of operational properties, especially cold flow characteristics and coking tendency in injector nozzle orifices of middle distillates, in particular diesel fuel, biodiesel and their mixtures.
