SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for treating a subterranean formation. Method of treating a subterranean formation, comprising the preparation of a mortar slurry, made with the possibility of setting to form a cured cement mortar with a compressive strength below the closure pressure of the subterranean formation, wherein said slurry of cement slurry contains a cementitious material, water and less than 4 % of the degradable material, based on the weight of the cementitious material in the slurry, pumping said slurry into the subterranean formation at a pressure sufficient to create a fracture in the subterranean formation while maintaining a higher pressure than the burst closure pressure, allowing the said slurry to set, forming a mortar in the fracture, lowering the pressure below the burst closing pressure, allowing the hardened slurry to crack, forming a cracked hardened slurry, and the extraction of hydrocarbons from the formation through the cracked hardened cement slurry in the fracture. Method for treating a subterranean formation, comprising preparation of a mortar slurry capable of setting to form a permeable cured cement mortar with a conductivity of more than 10 mD · ft, wherein said slurry comprises a cementitious material, aggregate, water and less than 4 % of the degradable material, based on the weight of the cementitious material in said slurry, pumping said slurry into a subterranean formation at a pressure sufficient to create a fracture in the subterranean formation, allowing the slurry to grind to form a permeable cured cement slurry in the fracture, and the extraction of hydrocarbons from the formation through the hardened mortar slurry in the fracture.
