A flushable wipe or hygienic tissue is described, comprising a hydroentangled nonwoven material impregnated with a wetting composition, said nonwoven material (1) comprising cellulosic pulp fibers and artificial staple fibers, characterized in that the nonwoven material comprises disintegrating elements (2), having projection surface area between 2 and 50 mm2, and an aspect ratio (L / D) between 1 and 10.

EFFECT: technical result: a proposed flushable wipe with sufficient structural integrity is easily disintegrates when it is flushed into the sewer.
