FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid spraying equipment and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, chemical industry and heat power engineering. Acoustic nozzle contains hollow housing with the nozzle and central core. Body is provided with a channel for supplying liquid and comprises a coaxial, rigidly connected bushing with a nozzle fixed in its lower part and made in the form of a cylindrical two-stage bushing. Upper cylindrical step of the sleeve is connected by means of a threaded connection to a coaxial central core coaxial with it having a central hole and installed with an annular gap with respect to the inner surface of the cylindrical sleeve. Said circular clearance is communicated with, at least, three radial channels made in said two-step sleeve to communicate with circular cavity formed by sleeve inner surface and top cylindrical step outer surface. Annular cavity is interconnected with the housing channel for liquid supply. To the central core, in its lower part, a diffuser is rigidly connected, made in the form of a truncated cone, coaxial with the core central hole, and by its upper base attached to the central core cylinder base. To the of the truncated cone lower base divider is attached by means of at least three spokes, which is made in the form of the end circular plate, which edges are bent towards the annular gap. On the truncated cone outer side surface helical grooves are provided. Axisymmetric to the central core central opening a throttle opening is made in the divider. To the central core rigidly connected to the upper cylindrical stage of the two-stage nozzle sleeve, an external solid diffuser is coaxially attached, so that the exit section of the annular gap connected to at least three radial channels made in the two-stage nozzle sleeve is not overlapped.

EFFECT: high efficiency of liquid atomizing.
