FIELD: textile.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fibrous materials chemical technology and relates to the complex yarn manufacturing method from the coloured, para-aramid, complex thread and roving, ribbon, staple fiber yarn and textile material. According to the method: a) preparing the spinning solution comprising: para-aramid polymer, at least one dye and concentrated sulphuric acid; b) passing the spinning solution through the die to produce the formed filaments; c) coagulating the formed filaments to produce the coagulated filaments; d) neutralizing the coagulated filaments to produce the neutralized filaments; e) washing the neutralized filaments to produce the washed filaments; and f) drying the washed filaments to produce the dried filaments; at that, at the stage a), spinning solution is prepared using from 17.5 to 18.5 wt% of para-aramid polymer by the spinning solution weight and from 4 to 15 wt% of at least one dye by of the para-aramide polymer weight with at least one dye; and at the stage f) during the drying, the filaments are held under tension in the range of 0.2 cN/dtex to 0.8 cN/dtex. In addition, ribbon, roving, containing ribbon staple fiber yarn, and textile material containing staple fiber yarn manufacturing methods are described.

EFFECT: invention ensures obtaining of dye-coloured, para-aramid, complex filament, which, with the dye in complex filament increased concentration, is also less susceptible to the defects formation and which can be used to make ribbon, staple fiber yarn from yarn and textile materials from staple fiber yarn, in which less number of knots are formed and less colour weakening occurs.
