FIELD: cellulose production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the production of cellulose yarn of elementary continuous threads of a lyocell type at very high production rates. Cellulose yarn of elementary threads of a lyocell type of a lyocell yarn cellulose solution is obtained in aqueous tertiary amine oxide. The method includes following stages: extrusion of the yarn solution for obtainment of elementary threads, cooling of elementary threads after release from yarn holes, coagulation of threads in a coagulation bath, washing of elementary threads for washout of amine oxide from freshly formed yarn, drying of yarn, collection of yarn. In this case, conditions of the method are regulated in such a way that the ratio (1a) is fulfilled: where L is a length of an air gap (mm) between a yarn hole and a surface of the yarn solution, v is a production rate (m/min), titer is a linear density of separate elementary thread (dtex), and p is a length of a separate spinneret (mm) used in a spinning machine, where v is 400 m/min or more.

EFFECT: invention allows for the production of lyocell elementary threads and lyocell multifilament threads with high quality at very high production rates.
