FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for shale processing at production of power and process gas and chemical products, for example, methyl thiophen, thiophen and benzene. Proposed method comprises semi-carbonisation of fine shale with solid heat carrier in drum-type reactor (1). Produced steam-gas mix is fed for thermal conversion in reactor of thermo catalytic conversion with liquefied bed (10) and catalyst regenerator (11) to isolate process gas. Process gas is cleaned in separators (123, 125) of hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide to get technologically active gas. The latter contains hydrogen, saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbons and carbon oxide to be heated to temperature higher than or equal to 750°C and is fed to high-temperature gasification in reactor for powder-like shale (17) with grain size smaller than or equal to 0.5 mm by high-rate heating. Powder-like residue is afterburnt after separation. Obtained heat is used for high-temperature of powder-like shale. Obtained gaseous products are used for heating of cleaned process gas. Power gas is, then, fed to power unit including gas turbine (20-22), booster gas compressor (23) and waste-heat boiler (5).
EFFECT: heat value, yield of thiophen and methyl thiophen.
