SUBSTANCE: claimed solution relates to the field of air conditioning systems for supply air for maintenance of public buildings. Supply air conditioning system with a hot air line, comprising air conditioning and a hot air line, additionally comprises four air conditioners, one temperature adjuster of supply and exhaust air and one closer of the moisture content of the fresh air with the line of drying air, the hot air line contains three intermediate ducts, rotary recuperators-heat exchangers of air conditioners are built in the main rotor channels of horizontal partitions, adsorption rotary regenerators are built into additional rotor channels of horizontal partitions. Air conditioners are made by two-rotor and three-rotor. Air conditioners of the air conditioning system of supply air are installed in pairs in the opposite direction to the inlet nozzles of the main exhaust chambers and outlet nozzles of the supply chambers and are placed in two rows ensuring their operation in the technically achievable range of heat recovery efficiency and the formation of ZE-cooling of fresh air in the warm period of the year in the air-conditioning system of fresh air at the temperature of hot air at the entrance to the additional exhaust chamber of the two-rotor air conditioning system of the supply air conditioning no more than 35 °C and temperature drops of hot air at the entrances and outlets of additional exhaust chambers of three-rotor air conditioners of the air conditioning system of supply air no more than 10 °C, providing deep heat recovery of hot air.

EFFECT: expansion of the functionality of the supply air conditioning system in the form of providing eight-fold use of hot air, obtained by using waste gases from furnaces and drying units to produce conditioned fresh air.
